Dude looks like a lady…But rocks it all night long. Metallikoor’s only feminine addition is Franki Münninghoff. This Iron Maiden has a history of creating and directing powerful vocal groups. In her role as musical director for Metallikoor, she is truly in her element.
To quote Franki: “Working with this group is an absolute joy. The teamwork, the comedy and the comradeship within the group is fantastic.
When writing arrangements I try to get more of a 'band' sound than in a normal choir. This means you have to getcreative in the way you use the voices to for the correct effect.
Directing this group is totally different from any other choir that I have worked with. It's like juggling a cream sponge cake. It's messy, but always hilarious ".
